Line-up revealed: 30 bands set for Aalborg’s free music festival

Aalborg has a vibrant music scene, and soon you can experience it at the unique RAMA Festival at Musikkens Hus.
The festival takes place from April 17–18 at Musikkens Hus, where you can experience the next big musical stars from Northern Jutland with your own eyes and ears.
The festival is organized by students from Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium and features no fewer than 30 different bands – spread across three unique stages.
Clouds, Forest, and Neon Lights
At this year’s RAMA Festival, spring has been brought all the way down into the basement.
The conservatory students have decorated the otherwise grey halls in a way that makes it easy to forget you are three floors underground.
“Bright, bold, and full of energy” is how the Neon Stage is described – the festival’s high-energy stage.

In addition, the festival features the Garden Stage and Sky Stage, which, as their names suggest, are decorated with trees and plants, as well as ceiling banners and sunset lighting.
The festival runs Friday, April 17 from 18:00–23:00 and Saturday, April 18 from 16:00–23:00.
It takes place at level -3 in Musikkens Hus in Aalborg.
Something for everyone
With a lineup of more than 30 different bands across multiple stages, there is almost certainly something for everyone at RAMA Festival.
The program includes everything from emotional and intimate pop music by Åh Buster, to groovy New Orleans funk from A Night at the Bayou, to high-energy beats from Lørz.
