AALBORG AWARDS 2026: Here are this year’s winners
On Friday evening, the red carpet was rolled out, the bubbles were poured and the trophies were polished as MigogAalborg hosted the Aalborg Awards for the ninth year in a row.
This time, Kulturhuset A2 provided the setting for the celebration, where some of the city’s passionate individuals, businesses and local favourites were honoured.
A total of 500 smartly dressed guests gathered for an evening filled with awards, entertainment and a fantastic atmosphere.
On stage, DR presenter Tina Müller, joined by a number of co-hosts, guided guests through this year’s award show.
And there was plenty to applaud.
Over the course of the evening, 17 awards were presented, meaning 17 delighted winners were able to head home with an Aalborg Award in their hands.

Cheers, applause and celebrations
There was no shortage of cheers or applause as the envelopes were opened and this year’s winners were revealed one by one.
Aalborg’s new Michelin-starred restaurant Bach & Nurup took home the award for Restaurant of the Year, FrAAderen was named Takeaway of the Year, while Shaping New Tomorrow won the award for Shopping Experience of the Year.
And the celebrations continued throughout the evening.
Well-known personalities including Camilla Framnes, Stine Rex, Lasse Frimand Jensen and Sofie Terese Svendsen were among those who took to the stage during the evening to present the awards.
This year’s winners represented a wide range of categories and once again highlighted the many people, places and businesses that make their mark on Aalborg every day.

DJ Aligator brought the party to a close
When the final award had been presented, the evening was far from over.
DJ Aligator took over the stage and got the dance floor going with a mix of old classics and newer tracks.
The venue was transformed into a huge nightclub before the night naturally reached its climax with the whistles and “The Whistle Song.”
And with that, the ninth edition of the Aalborg Awards came to a festive end.
Almost 40,000 people voted across two rounds in the Aalborg Awards, and below you can see how this year’s awards were distributed.
MigogAalborg would like to extend huge congratulations to all of this year’s winners and nominees.
