After 637 days: Aalborg Airport drops the face mask requirement

After 637 days the face mask requirement is finally removed from all Danish airports. Check-in.dk made the announcement on their website.
The requirement was initially introduced on June 15, 2020, after a recommendation from the European Aviation Safety Agency EASA to prevent the spreading of Covid-19, but as it’s no longer classified as a disease that’s a threat to society, the requirement has been repealed.
This means that starting today you no longer need to wear a face masks in Aalborg Airport, Billund Airport, Copenhagen Airport, and the rest of the smaller airports.
