Restaurant UM
Aalborg clearly cannot get enough of all-you-can-eat sushi, and another new player has just entered the market on the ground floor of the Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre.
Podium has opened Restaurant UM, where guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi with a direct view of Kildeparken.
For the first two weeks, guests can visit as part of Aalborg Eat Out, but from 5 October, bookings will be open to everyone else.

Another sushi restaurant is on its way to Aalborg – and it is moving into premises already well known for sushi.
Maido Sushi is currently renovating and preparing the former Karma Sushi premises for a new all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant.
