Bread with a view: Here’s Surdejsbageren new stunning location

This coming weekend, one of Aalborg’s most well-known bakeries can boast perhaps the best view.

The Sourdough Bakery had its last day at the current location on Sunday, September 14.

From today until Friday, September 19, you can only find the bakery at Budolfi Plads and Stjernepladsen.

But when they reopen later in the week in Stigsborg, it will be in truly impressive premises with a view directly over the Limfjord on the Nørresundby side.

The old location will also be put to use

It will be one of the most beautiful spots a local bakery can have in the brand-new Stigsborg district, which is seeing an explosive development of new openings and new residents.

From September 19, you can visit them at Stigsborg Brygge 167 – at the end of Stigsborg Bygade, near Fjordpladsen.

The old premises will not remain empty.

They will gradually be brought to life with creative events and exciting activities for both adults and children – before eventually being leased out commercially.
