Imagine a place where almost everything is about cake.
Chocolate cakes. Cupcakes. Small delicate creations, great classics, slices and all the other delicious treats from the ultimate cake table.
And two hours to explore and taste a whole lot of cake.
The first 600 tickets were sold in less than 24 hours when we opened the presale last week.
Now official ticket sales for Cake Heaven 2026 in Aalborg are open.
On Saturday, November 7, and Sunday, November 8, Gigantium will be transformed into a huge, sweet cake universe when Denmark’s largest cake festival returns to the city.
You can choose time slots from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on both dates in Aalborg.
And this year, Cake Heaven will be bigger, more beautiful and offer far more experiences.
The idea is not simply that you should come, eat cake and go home again.
You are going into Cake Heaven.
A universe filled with cakes, little experiences, inspiration, coziness and people who all share the same passion for sweet treats.
Tickets cost DKK 199 + booking fee, and official ticket sales are now open.
A big community centred around cake
One of those looking forward to November is Mette Blomsterberg.
We are lucky enough that Mette Blomsterberg has agreed to take part in Cake Heaven this year and hold a meet & greet with 10 lucky winners in Aalborg.

The winners will also receive a goodie bag containing some of the baking equipment Mette Blomsterberg uses for her pastry creations, classic desserts and delicious baked goods.
If you are not among the lucky winners, you will still have plenty of opportunities to find inspiration at the Blomsterberg Pop-Up Shop at Cake Heaven.
Mette Blomsterberg is looking forward to taking part in Cake Heaven in Aalborg, where the sense of community will be an important part of this year’s Cake Heaven.
For some, it will be a cozy day with their girlfriends. Others will bring their children, partner, mother or grandmother along.
What everyone has in common is their love of cakes and desserts.
“We all have a cake or dessert heart that beats a little extra strongly, and that is something we are going to explore together at Cake Heaven,” says Mette Blomsterberg.
Two hours of cake heaven
Thousands of guests visited Cake Heaven last year.
In 2026, the experience will be taken to an even higher level, and it will be about much more than simply eating cake.
Together with a number of local favourites and exciting nationwide brands, a huge cake universe will be created in Gigantium.
And, of course, there will be plenty of cake.
Your ticket gives you access to a two-hour session, where you can explore the large cake table and taste a wide variety of different cakes.
But in between the tastings, you will also have the opportunity to experience the different parts of Cake Heaven, find inspiration and simply enjoy the atmosphere.
Your ticket includes
- Unlimited cake for two hours
- A large cake table with many different cakes
- Cakes from both local favourites and nationwide brands
- Small experiences and cozy elements throughout Cake Heaven
- A drawing and cozy corner for children
- The chance to win a meet & greet with Mette Blomsterberg and a special goodie bag
- Two hours of pure cake-filled fun with the people you love
Bring the people you want to share the experience with

So the only question is really:
