City favourite finds a new spot: Top restaurant opens in central Aalborg

Since opening in 2019, Restaurant Struktur in Vesterå has established itself as one of Aalborg’s most popular dining spots.

Frederik Østeraa, Dennis Juhl, and their team have created a setting where high-quality cuisine, stylish interior design, and a cozy yet authentic atmosphere blend seamlessly.

Now, it’s time for the next step.

Last week Restaurant Struktur officially opened in its brand-new location at C.W. Obels Plads, taking over the former premises of Brdr. Price.

In a fitting symbol of new beginnings, Restaurant Struktur 2.0 opened under bright sunshine – and it’s easy to see why they chose to relocate to one of the city’s best squares.

The outdoor space practically calls for a chilled glass of rosé, handcrafted cocktails, and perhaps an indulgent seafood platter.

When we visited for lunch on opening day, the restaurant was already buzzing with life. Many guests gravitated to the new terrace,soaking up the sun while enjoying delicious food and drinks.

Restaurant Struktur is already fully booked for a lot of weekends – and it’s not hard to understand why.

With its stunning new setting, Aalborg has just gained a “new” top-tier restaurant in one of the city’s best locations.
