Football Fever Comes to Aalborg’s Waterfront as Coca-Cola Brings Major Fan Event
Football excitement is set to take over Aalborg’s waterfront as Coca-Cola brings its nationwide FIFA World Cup 26 roadshow to the city.
The company announced the event in a press release.
The event will take place on Friday, 3 July, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Jomfru Ane Parken on Aalborg’s waterfront.
Children, teenagers, and adults alike are invited to enjoy an afternoon of free activities, competitions, and football-themed entertainment in the heart of the city.
Although Denmark is not participating in this summer’s FIFA World Cup, Coca-Cola aims to bring the excitement of the tournament to communities across the country.
Plenty of activities for football fans
Visitors in Aalborg will be able to try a range of football-related activities, including table football, Subsoccer, and Teqball.
There will also be face painting, juggling competitions, and ball-control challenges.
A dedicated lounge area will allow guests to relax, play FIFA on PlayStation, and watch World Cup highlights on a big screen.
As part of the event, attendees can enter competitions to win official FIFA World Cup footballs, T-shirts, sports bags, foam fingers, and other prizes.
Coca-Cola will also be handing out cold beverages and branded merchandise during the event.
The event is free to attend, open to everyone, and requires no registration.

Also visiting Fårup Sommerland
The Aalborg stop is part of a nationwide tour bringing World Cup excitement to several Danish cities.
The roadshow will also visit Copenhagen, Odense, Esbjerg, and Aarhus.
In North Jutland, Coca-Cola will additionally stop at Fårup Sommerland on Saturday, 4 July, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
This means football fans will have the opportunity to experience a taste of the international football festival both in Aalborg and at Fårup Sommerland, with activities, competitions, and football-themed entertainment at the centre of the experience.
