Dinosaurs take over Aalborg Storcenter: Fossil hunts and family fun

If you are looking for a summer holiday activity that both children and adults can enjoy, Aalborg Storcenter will soon be transformed into a world filled with dinosaurs.
From 29 June to 26 July, the giants of the prehistoric age will return to the shopping centre, bringing with them a dinosaur exhibition, a bouncy castle, a treasure hunt, and the chance to get up close to some of the most fascinating creatures ever to walk the Earth.
At the Centre Square, children can burn off some energy in a large dinosaur-themed bouncy castle, where palm trees, giant claws, and dinosaur tails create the setting for a summer adventure.
Visitors can also explore the exhibition of prehistoric creatures, take photos with the dinosaurs, and perhaps capture the summer’s most spectacular selfie with a T-Rex or one of its ancient companions.
A dinosaur on the loose
For young adventurers, there is also a special mission to complete.
In the popular dinosaur hunt, Buller needs help. A dinosaur has escaped somewhere inside Aalborg Storcenter, and it is up to the children to find it.
The hunt begins with a dinosaur map, available from WeCoverYou while supplies last. Participants then follow clues throughout the shopping centre to locate the store where the dinosaur is hiding.
Once the completed map is handed in, children receive a small prize and are automatically entered into a competition featuring several larger rewards.
Prizes include:
• A VIP visit to Nordsøen Oceanarium
• A family package for Aalborg Zoo
• A selection of complimentary tickets to the oceanarium
Summer holidays and great deals
While the children are busy hunting dinosaurs and exploring the activities, adults can take the opportunity to browse the centre’s many stores.
During the same period, Aalborg Storcenter will also be hosting its Summer Sale, with shops offering a wide range of seasonal bargains and summer deals.
The dinosaurs will be at Aalborg Storcenter from 29 June to 26 July, while the Summer Sale will run throughout the entire period, giving visitors plenty of opportunities to combine family fun with summer shopping.
