Here is a shout-out to all knitting, crochet and wool enthusiasts!

Your wildest wool dreams will come true in a few months when FiberFolk takes over AKKC with its massive festival.

On Sunday, November 5th, at 10:00, in Europahallen, there will be a spectacular showcase of all knittable things.

Some of Denmark’s most talented small independents are joining the event, ready with everything from hand-dyed yarn and wool to fine knitting or crochet designs, project bags, stitch markers and other useful accessories for the knitters and crocheters.

Prepare to be inspired!

50 kr. Entrance fee

According to AKKC, the festival will be about:

Focusing on “the little ones.”

FiberFolk is a knitting and wool festival celebrating those who spend their evening dyeing yarn in the kitchen. Those who design, knit and crochet patterns on the train on the way to work. And those who have bet it all and dedicated themselves to making a living from their passion.

In short, FiberFolk is about the people who create something with fibres – those who create so that others can create and those who create from what others have made.

This does not mean there is no room for the little ones who have grown up – as long as they are still making their own.

The entry price is 50 kroner, paid at the door, and free for children and teens under 18.
