Food heaven at the waterfront: Enjoy street food, burgers and cocktails at Aalborg Regatta

Aalborg Regatta is just around the corner, and from Thursday to Sunday the waterfront will be transformed into a huge festival ground, featuring major maritime experiences, free concerts with acts like Patina and Scarlet Pleasure, and not least the sight of 17 beautiful ships from both Denmark and abroad.
But no Aalborg Regatta guest can celebrate without food and drink – and this year you definitely won’t go home hungry or thirsty from the festivities.
The organizers have made sure there’s something for every taste.
In addition to a large street food area, several of the local restaurants around the harbor will also have delicious offers ready for the many visitors.

Street food area on the harbor
The main attraction will be the large food market by the waterfront, where the experienced team from Mad & Kultur will bring a wide range of culinary delights to Aalborg Regatta.
They’ll transform the harbor into a vibrant culinary oasis with street food of all kinds and introduce us to some of the country’s most skilled and innovative food concepts.
You can look forward to tasting over 60 different dishes – from award-winning Indian butter chicken to tasty bao buns, juicy burgers, crispy loaded fries, and sweet temptations like churros and bubble waffles.
The food market doesn’t just offer world-class food but also several bars with craft beer, soft drinks, cocktails, and wine.

Bone’s
Bone’s large restaurant on the waterfront is located right in the middle of the festivities, serving up plenty of spare ribs, cold beer, and juicy burgers during Aalborg Regatta.
Bone’s is in a festive mood and is ready with special Aalborg Regatta offers.
They’re offering a special deal on their Smokehouse Feast menu.
For lunch, you can enjoy pulled pork, chicken, ribs, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, mac & cheese, and whiskey sauce for just 189 DKK – and it’s all-you-can-eat.
In the evening, you can enjoy the same menu plus brisket and tri-tip for only 269 DKK per person.
If you prefer a juicy burger, you can get a Smoked Brisket Burger with fries for just 139 DKK.
This sharp price is available all day as takeaway, and if you dine in the restaurant, you can get it at the same price until 16:00.
Throughout Aalborg Regatta, Bone’s will also be selling draft beer to go for just 59 DKK.
Restaurant Fusion
Restaurant Fusion probably has the city’s best view of Aalborg Regatta, and the popular restaurant will be serving freshly made sushi and other delicacies during the festivities.
On top of that, they’re tempting guests with special Regatta Fusion cocktails at great prices.
You can enjoy the delicious cocktails to go or on the lovely terrace while soaking up the fantastic Regatta atmosphere.
