For just 45 DKK: Pancake stand has opened at the top of Aalborg

At the top of Aalborg, they are also welcoming the autumn with open arms.

In celebration of the autumn holiday, Salling ROOFTOP has installed a pancake stand where they have been serving freshly baked pancakes all week, topped with heavenly toppings.

One pancake with two different toppings can be yours for only 45 DKK.

For toppings, you can choose between Oreo, Nutella, Daim, meringue, hazelnut crumble, Smarties, strawberry jam, or sugar.

Can be enjoyed indoors and outdoors

You can, of course, enjoy the freshly baked pancakes on the large outdoor terrace, but remember to bring a cushion or a blanket.

You can also sit inside in the café to stay dry, or make the journey all the way up to the top floor, where you will have the most incredible view of the city.

In these days, unfortunately, there’s so much wind up above the clouds that the hatch to the stand has been closed.

“The batter simply blew off the pan when we tried to make them, so we had to close,” one of ROOFTOP’s servers explains.

This means that you can’t see the pancake-making process, and for the same reason, it has been challenging for ROOFTOP to make the people of Aalborg aware of this cozy event.

Today and tomorrow are the last days to enjoy the pancake stand before it’s packed up again.

The opening hours are 13:00 to 17:00.
