Open all Easter: Aalborg Streetfood hosts free events
Easter is just around the corner, and that calls for great experiences – and lots of good food.
Luckily, you can combine both at Aalborg Streetfood, as they are open ALL Easter, and there’s plenty to look forward to.
Every day there will be creative workshops for children, the food stalls will be ready with delicious dishes from all corners of the world – and lots of great events await throughout the week.

Enjoy a delicious cocktail at Mystique
On Friday, March 27, Saturday, March 28, Friday, April 3, and Saturday, April 4, Aalborg Streetfood opens the magical bar Mystique.
At Mystique, you can look forward to cocktails inspired by the philosophy found in the world’s finest bars – where precision, restraint, and attention to detail define the experience.
The menu is built around classic cocktails with a modern twist, alongside their own signature creations. Each cocktail is crafted as a unique expression – no two cocktails are alike – but all are created with the same pursuit of perfect balance and refinement.
Saturday, March 28
Limfjorden Day
Limfjorden Day is an open event where Rotary invites everyone interested to experiences, talks, and activities focused on the Limfjord.
The day includes presentations from researchers and local stakeholders, a concert by the Danish Home Guard Music Corps North Jutland, and a spectacular rescue exercise on the fjord.
During the day, you can also:
• meet several mayors from municipalities around the Limfjord
• listen to professors talk about their research
• meet the port director
• enjoy a concert by the Danish Home Guard Music Corps North Jutland
• watch a rescue exercise carried out on the fjord by the North Jutland Emergency Services, Port of Aalborg, and Interforce
Admission is free for everything. This also includes entry to the Maritime Experience Center Springeren, where you can, among other things, see the iconic submarine.
For children, there is a treasure hunt. High school students and prospective students can learn more about the opportunity for an exchange year abroad through Rotary.
Hit Parade with Shubi.dk
Shubi.dk delivers Shu-bi-dua hits that everyone can sing along to.
From “Hvalen Valborg” to “Står på en alpetop,” this evening will be filled with singing, laughter, and playful musical energy that gets both young and old swinging along.
Get ready for a lively atmosphere, sing-alongs, and a party where the audience and band together create a magical live experience.
The ticket includes 1 free beer, soda, or drink between 17:30–19:00 at Rustbar.
Sunday, March 29
Easter Flea Market
This Sunday, there will be a large indoor flea market at Aalborg Streetfood.
Here, you can enjoy a cozy Sunday and find unique items at great prices.
If you have things you want to sell, you can book a stall and sell everything from clothes to books, electronics, and much more.
Kids’ Day
Sunday is always Kids’ Day at Aalborg Streetfood, with fun and entertainment every Sunday – completely free.
Look forward to:
- Playland: Children can play in the play area all day and have fun for hours, while adults relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or some delicious street food.
- Treasure Hunt at Streetfood: Take part in an exciting treasure hunt where children can explore and find hidden treasures around Aalborg Streetfood. Successful treasure hunters will be rewarded with a prize at the bar.
- Creative fun in the food hall: Let the kids express their creativity with fun arts and crafts activities in the food hall all day. They can paint, draw, and create small artworks.
- Face painting: Children can transform into everything from wild animals to cute butterflies. Face painting will be available between 12:00 and 15:00.
Tuesday, March 31
World Cup match on the big screen
This Tuesday features the important World Cup match against the Czech Republic.
There is free entry when they show both the pre-match coverage and the game live on the big screen in both the food hall and the event hall, ensuring a great atmosphere throughout.
The food stalls are open from 11:30 to 20:00, so you can eat before kickoff.
Free movie in the event hall
Come and enjoy a cozy time at Aalborg Streetfood when they show the fun family movie Coco on the big screen in the event hall.
The movie starts at 12:00, and it’s completely free to watch.
All children are welcome, and parents can either watch along or relax with food and drinks in the food hall while the kids are entertained.
Popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase during the movie.
Quiz Night for adults
Get ready for a fun evening filled with exciting challenges and tricky questions at the Streetfood general knowledge quiz!
Participation is completely free.
Practical info:
- Max. 6 people per team
- Collect all tickets under the same name so the quizmaster knows you are on the same team
- Tickets may also be available at the door if there are still spots left
- If you have a quiz ticket, you can also use the popular shuffleboards and karaoke for free that day—just ask at the bar if they are available
Wednesday, April 2: Kids’ Bingo
There is free kids’ bingo in the food hall at Aalborg Streetfood this Wednesday.
Two rounds will be played with great prizes, and Streetfood ensures a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
13:00: The bingo host is ready with bingo cards (you receive 3 cards per person upon arrival)
13:30: The first game begins
Approx. 14:30: Break – grab food from the kitchens or a drink at the bar
15:30: Thank you for today
The prizes range from street food vouchers and tickets to upcoming events to small surprises – and of course the bragging rights as the day’s bingo champion!

Friday, April 3: Magic show for kids
Come and experience Magiske Happy, performing a show filled with world-class magic and juggling. Rabbits will be pulled out of hats – and maybe even out of sleeves!
Children will be actively involved on stage, so they can help create the magic themselves. It will be a fun and magical experience for the whole family.

Kids’ Flea Market at Aalborg Streetfood
Aalborg Streetfood fills the food hall with everything from toys, books, and games to clothes and other treasures for children.
Come and grab a bargain, find something fun for the kids, or sell the items that are just collecting dust at home.
It will be a day full of coziness and flea market fun for the whole family.
A stall costs only 50 DKK. Aalborg Streetfood provides the table—you just bring your items.
Easter Bingo for Adults
Are you ready for a fun and cozy evening with laughter, excitement, and great prizes?
Then join the free bingo in the event hall at Aalborg Streetfood! Three rounds will be played with awesome prizes and a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.
17:00: Doors open – the bingo host is ready with bingo cards (you receive 4 cards per person upon arrival)
