This is possible at the upcoming event 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 on Thursday, November 17th.

At the event, 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 Nicklas Pyrdol, international lecturer and Talent Management Advisor, will speak about unbiased recruitment and how your company can achieve this.

He challenges and provokes companies to minimize their unconscious and conscious bias when searching for employees, and in doing this, he will inspire you with how to attract and recruit international employees as well as how to better assess your applicants.

You will also hear about 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, a digital tool linked to recruitment, and how you as a company can link up with the different career programs for international students.
