Five new names added: The full music lineup for the Regatta is ready

Aalborg Regatta 2025 is approaching, and now the full music lineup is official. The program features big Danish names, rising stars from North Jutland, and one notable new addition:

For the first time ever, there will also be music on Sunday.

“It’s long been a wish to expand the music segment—and now it feels right. It makes the regatta a full weekend experience,” say the organizers.

Strong music lineup with Michael Falch headlining

Saturday night’s main attraction is Michael Falch, whose long career and popular hits like ‘De vildeste fugle’ and ‘Sommer på vej’ promise singalongs and nostalgia on the waterfront.

The warm-up acts are Rikke Thomsen and Schæfer.

The former is known for her songs in the South Jutland dialect and strong stage presence, while the duo Schæfer—North Jutland’s Songwriters of the Year 2024—deliver poetic and dark lyrics with edge and charm.

Kids’ show and legendary finale

Sunday introduces a brand-new musical element in the regatta’s history. First, families with children get spoiled when Mek Pek kicks off the stage with his beloved Åh Abe show.

Later, Sko/Torp take over the stage, delivering a finale filled with warmth and well-known hits like ‘On A Lonely Night’ and ‘Wheels’.

Aalborg Regatta 2025 takes place from August 29 to 31.
