In his own style: World-renowned comedian takes on Aalborg
If your stomach muscles lack definition, they will soon be in shape.
The recipe for getting those fine abs might be the international comedy program by Aalborg Kongres & Kultur Center (AKKC).
This time, world-renowned Scottish comedian Daniel Sloss will laugh your abs into shape or until they hurt, as AKKC’s recent press release suggested.
Known from Netflix and HBO
Daniel Sloss is well known for his shows on Netflix and HBO. But next winter, he will spread laughter throughout Aalborg when he arrives.
The Scottish stand-up is one of Denmark’s favorite international comedians and, in 2022, sold out twice at DR’s Concert House when he performed ’Hubris’.
Next year he will be returning to Denmark, and this time he intends to win over audiences in the North so we here in Aalborg can more easily join in for laughs.
He will perform in AKKC’s Europahallen with his new show ’CAN’T’ Thursday, January 25th, 2024, at 19.30.
Young comedian – impressive CV
Daniel Sloss is not just one of Denmark’s most adored comedians; he is so popular everywhere, so much so that he has now toured 53 countries and counting.
Moreover, he wrote a book too, ’Everyone You Hate is Going to Die.’ And his Netflix specials’DARK’ and ’JIGSAW’ stream in 190 countries in 26 languages.
Daniel Sloss is only 32 years old and is on his way to building an impressive CV showcasing his talents.
In addition, he holds the record for most appearances in the American talk show Conan and the record for the most sold-out shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The new show ’CAN’T’ will be Daniel Sloss’ 12th solo show.
His most famous show is ’Jigsaw’, which may be responsible for more than 120.000 breakups and 300 divorces globally – perhaps this is why fans ask for his signature on their divorce papers after the show.
Special guest Kai Humphries
On tour will be a special guest, comedian Kai Humphries. He is well-known for his critically acclaimed show ’Punch-Drunk’.
Kai Humphries opened for Daniel Sloss before, and together they travel as ’Sloss and Humphries On The Road’, podcasting their live tours.
The two have been friends since they started their comedy careers.
