Mad og drikke

Gin & Tonic Cruise – Closes soon!

Together with Mr Gin, we put together a sweet offer for a Gin & Tonic Cruise experience. Deliciously refreshing. 

You will board the beautiful wooden ship MR-kysten, and sail around the Limfjord while sipping on delicious drinks from Mr Gin and soaking in the beautiful views of Aalborg.

The ship departs on July 20th, and the cruise lasts an hour and a half. You will be served three tasty G&Ts and a light snack during the cruise.

The trip costs DKK 399 per person. You can choose between departure either at 17.45 or 19.45.

There is also the option of buying dinner at a reduced price from Pingvin, Karma Sushi or Mapak. You see this option at checkout.

Pingvin – Summer dinner party and/or Picnic box for two. 

Pingvin is one of Aalborg’s most famous tapas restaurants with its distinctive World Tapas concept.

There are two options to enjoy this July from Pingvin.

The first is a summer party every Wednesday in July. 

You can stop by on July 19th and 26th from 18:00-21:00 for a worldly dining experience in elegant surroundings. Don’t worry about the rain – they got you covered.   

One of the unique perks of Pingvin’s summer parties is that you can eat at your own pace. No rush. 

There is plenty of food to choose from, and thus no need to worry about it running out.   

The price is DKK 495 per person and includes drinks ad libitum.

But there is MORE!!

Pingvin also offers a picnic box for two people.

The picnic basket for two costs DKK 340 and consists of the following:

• Tuna mousse served with baked tomato, dill mayo and crispy rye.
• Carpaccio of beef tenderloin with truffle mayo and balsamic pickled mushrooms.
• Chicken salad with asparagus and mushrooms, topped with bacon and pickled mushrooms.
• Vitello de Tonnato with tuna sauce and grape capers.
• Cold pasta salad with homemade pesto and semi-dried tomatoes.
• Ballotine of chicken with peppers, Dijon mayo and crispy serrano.
• Bread

Mapak – Summer Saturday or Picnic basket for two:

Mapak has put together a delicious 3-course summer menu that is too good to miss!

It can be enjoyed every Saturday in July, costing DKK 599 per person.

The price includes “all you can drink” from their selection of delicious white wines, red wines, beer and soft drinks during the meal.

There are additional options from Mapak too. They are offering a picnic basket ready for two.

The picnic basket for two costs DKK 299 and contains the following:

• 2x plaice fillet (rødspætte) with homemade remoulade, pickled asparagus and herb salad
• 2x Rokkedahl chicken salad with grilled heart salad, sea bass, bacon and gooseberries
• 1st fl. Rosé wine (with screw cap)
• 2 x wine glasses
• 2 plates
• Cutlery etc.

Karma Sushi – Vegan and Summer menu options

Karma Sushi offers a delicious summer menu both with and without wine – and there is also a vegan option.

Both menus include delicious mini starters, but the menu has 14-16 items and a dessert. So it wins by variety and experience while leaving you comfortably content.

The wine menu includes a glass of bubbles, a cup of sake and a glass of white wine. You can also choose an alcohol-free alternative.

The summer menu without wine costs DKK 299 per person.  With wine, the menu costs DKK 448 per person.
