Lightning fast answers: New test-center opens in Aalborg’s city center

by Shellie Boudreau

In a few days, a new test center will open in the city center of Aalborg.  Here, you can get a speed test between 07.00 – 17.00 and receive an answer within a short time.

The new test center in Folkekirkens Hus (The Peoples’ Church) on Gammel Torv is more convenient for those living in the city center. The shorter route and travel time will help many.

Closer to home

Experience reveals that placing test centers closer to residential areas makes a big difference.  Given that many people live in multi-level buildings, it makes good sense to monitor the infection rates in these areas.

“When we received the request from the region I had no doubt,” Henrik Thorngaard, director of Folkekirkens Hus, says.

“Of course, we will help where we can.  It is not allowed to host church events, such as general assemblies. Making our location available for the North Jutland Region is common sense.

We are pleased that we can contribute and help make a difference,” he concludes.

The North Jutland Region is responsible for the test-center; however, Falck staff will be running the speed-tests at the church to deliver quick answers.
