Oh wow: Aalborg bakery ready with a huge luxury cookie

Let’s be honest.

One cookie is never enough once you’ve opened the package.

But now you don’t have to worry about that – at least if you stop by GRØN bakery & café in Vestbyen.

They’ve just launched a gigantic Luxury Cookie, guaranteed to fill up your sugar, chocolate, and calorie quota for the rest of the day.

The cookie has the simple name “Large Luxury Cookie”, and it consists of a chocolate cookie topped with white and milk chocolate ganache, salted caramel, pistachio crunch, and seasonal berries.

How big is it?

We got the ruler out, and it measures no less than 15 cm in diameter.

It’s quite a hefty treat – and the real question is whether you can manage it alone. According to GRØN, one cookie is enough for 4–6 people.

And although we usually prefer not to share a cookie, we have to admit that this temptation is best described as a sort of “cookie-cake”, where even the biggest cookie lover might struggle to finish it solo.

The taste certainly doesn’t disappoint either. The cookie itself is crisp, chewy, and perfectly caramelized – just how a chocolate cookie should be. With ganache, salted caramel, pistachio crunch, and berries on top, it only gets better.

This definitely won’t be the last time we order a Large Luxury Cookie from GRØN.
