We need more people like him: Sebastian from Aalborg praised nationwide

Sebastian Brun Koch Pedersen from Aalborg is these days being met with massive praise on social media.
The reason is a post shared by Anders Hemmingsen, who has chosen to highlight Sebastian’s Christmas initiative on his Instagram profile with around 1.3 million followers.
The post has in a short time received more than 21,000 likes and a large number of comments from users all over the country.
In the comment section, Sebastian is praised, among other things, for taking responsibility, for actively using his network, and for making a concrete difference for others – without having an organization or campaign behind him.
Several people write that they are inspired by the initiative, while others directly encourage that the action should be copied in other cities.
Great recognition
The background for the attention is Sebastian’s decision to invite 70 vulnerable and homeless people from Café Parasollen to a Christmas meal at Grillen Burgerbar in Aalborg.
The event was carried out in collaboration with local partners and sponsors, who contributed both food and gifts, and the restaurant was closed to other guests for the occasion.
After the story was shared, a large number of reactions have poured in on social media.
In the comment section, the initiative is met with praise for being concrete and down-to-earth. Several users call it “true Christmas spirit,” while others highlight that it is refreshing to see a good deed that does not seem staged.
“Let’s get more people like Sebastian, who can’t do a good deed without wanting people to see him,” writes one user, while another comments: “The world would be a more beautiful place if there were more people like you.”
Several also express that they themselves would like to contribute in the future. “I’m happy to help next year,” reads one of the comments, while others encourage people in general to do more for the vulnerable – also outside the Christmas season.
