New camp season: Golf and padel take over HimmerLand
What if training could be about much more than just a couple of hours on the court or course?
At HimmerLand, golf and padel enthusiasts can combine professional coaching with a complete resort stay featuring great food, a strong sense of community, relaxation and world-class facilities.
The goal is not just to improve your game.
It is just as much about enjoying the overall experience.
HimmerLand is launching a new season of golf schools and padel camps for beginners, experienced players and anyone looking to take their game to the next level.
Every stay includes accommodation, meals and full access to the resort’s outstanding facilities.
Golf with time to master the game
Golfers have every opportunity to immerse themselves in the finer details of the sport.
The golf schools are designed for passionate players, beginners and groups looking to develop their game together.
Participants work on technique, strategy and on-course performance under the guidance of experienced PGA professionals.
Training takes place on the driving range, the Par 3 course and HimmerLand’s championship courses, with selected programmes including rounds on both the Old Course and the New Course.

If you are looking for a truly intensive experience, The Intensive programme is one of the standout options.
Participants receive 14 hours of coaching over three days, training on the driving range, the Par 3 course and the Old Course.
The stay concludes with an 18-hole round, giving golfers the chance to put their newly learned techniques and adjustments into practice.

Here, participants work on technique, shots, tactics and game understanding through professional coaching.
But the social side is also an important part of the experience.

World-class facilities
Whether you choose golf or padel, the surroundings and facilities are an important part of the experience.
HimmerLand offers world-class facilities for both sports, ensuring that the coaching takes place in an environment that matches the ambition of improving your game.
Golfers can develop their game on HimmerLand’s various courses and training areas, while padel players can take to the resort’s modern padel facilities.
This means you not only receive coaching from skilled instructors – you also get the opportunity to train and play in surroundings that make the stay something special in their own right.

More than just a training trip
And that combination is a big part of the idea.
You don’t go to HimmerLand, train for a couple of hours and then drive home again.
Between coaching and matches, there is plenty of time for meals, relaxation and socialising, and the stays include accommodation and breakfast. You also have free access to the swimming pool and fitness centre.
After a day on the course or court, you can sit down for a meal at Hul19, enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings or simply sit back and enjoy the fact that the day’s schedule doesn’t demand anything more from you.
This makes the camps ideal for a trip with a friend, partner, friend from your sports group or golf and padel buddy, where you want to combine serious training with the feeling of actually having got away for a while.

Sore muscles? Then spa and wellness await
And if your body starts to feel the many hours spent with a golf club or padel racket in your hands, there is also a rather pleasant solution.
HimmerLand’s newly renovated spa and wellness facilities offer the opportunity to slow down completely and treat both body and mind after a day of training.
Here, sore muscles can get a break while you take some time to truly unwind.
This applies regardless of which camp you choose – and it sums up the whole idea behind the stays quite well:
You don’t have to choose between an active trip and a relaxing getaway. Here, you can have both.

Come home with more than just a better shot
What the golf schools and padel camps have in common is that they are built around development on the course or court, without forgetting the rest of the experience.
You get professional instructors, high-level facilities and time to immerse yourself in your sport, but also a stay with plenty of room for community, great food and relaxation.
So hopefully, you’ll head home with a sharper golf swing or a better padel game.
But also with the feeling that you’ve enjoyed a proper getaway.
