European Food Market opens: 17 stalls in City Center Aalborg

You’ll have the chance to sample delicious specialties from across the continent when the European Street Market once again takes over Gammeltorv.
The market will run from Tuesday, 5 May through Saturday, 9 May.
“This exciting market will bring together 17 stalls from different parts of Europe, creating an unforgettable atmosphere filled with life and the kind of market vibe we usually associate with southern countries,” writes Aalborg City, which regularly helps bring the event to the square.
Something for every taste
The stalls represent countries including the Netherlands, France, Greece, Italy, and England.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to experience different cultures and traditions through their culinary specialties,” Aalborg City promises.
Visitors can look forward to tasting Italian pizza, pasta, pesto, salami, cheese, and chocolate, Dutch cheeses, British fish and chips, Greek olives and nuts, English fudge, and much more.
In addition, you’ll find French soaps, jewellery, and a variety of other goods.

Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
