Alimentum New Year’s Eve Menu – Takeaway Edition

Alimentum has crafted an elegant New Year’s menu consisting of three snacks and four courses – with optional add-ons for those who want to elevate the experience even further.
Price: DKK 995 per person.

Menu:

Three royal snacks for the King’s New Year’s speech:

  • Crustade with lobster claws

Nam & Applaus New Year’s Menu – 5 Snacks and a 3-Course Meal

For the eighth year in a row, Applaus and Nam have joined forces to offer an exclusive New Year’s menu.

The menu is simple yet delicious, requires minimal preparation at home, and comes with a detailed plating guide.

With this menu, you can skip the shopping and stress on the last day of the year – and instead focus on the company and the celebration!

This year’s New Year’s menu from Nam & Applaus includes:

5 Snacks:
– Waffle with aged ham and truffle cream
– Yuzu-aged pineapple with chili salt
– Crispy tostada with smoked cod and pink shrimp salad
– Krustade with vegetables marinated in tom yum and grated Vesterhavs cheese

Strandhotellet is once again hosting a spectacular New Year’s celebration! The stay includes plenty of pampering, delicious food, excellent wines, and live jazz music. Strandhotellet’s New Year’s package is very popular, so early reservation is recommended.
