In pole position: Aalborg-based company continues partnership with Formula 1 driver

They entered the Formula 1 paddock in 2023, and in the coming season Admin By Request will once again be present in one of the sport’s biggest arenas.

The company states this in a press release.

The international software company, headquartered in Aalborg with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, and Thailand, is continuing its partnership with Formula 1 driver Nico Hülkenberg.

The alliance was launched in 2025 and is now being strengthened by the German’s new role as a driver for one of Formula 1’s new teams, Audi Revolut F1 Team.

“We are extremely excited to renew the partnership and continue the journey with Nico Hülkenberg and his team. Formula 1 is exactly the right place for Admin By Request, as it gives us massive exposure to a highly relevant audience, which has enabled us to access and capitalize on exciting opportunities.

At the same time, Nico Hülkenberg is a fantastic ambassador who has helped add strong character and visibility to our business and brand.

The alliance has, of course, also resulted in experiences that are reserved for only a very few people in this world,” says Lars Sneftrup Pedersen, CEO of Admin By Request.

“I very much look forward to continuing the collaboration with Admin By Request and my role as a global ambassador for the company. It is a partnership that makes sense. Formula 1 today is largely driven by innovation, data, and precision, and without reliable technological solutions it is impossible to compete at the highest level.

That is why I see clear parallels between motorsport and cybersecurity – in both worlds it is about control, precision, and trust that systems perform under constant pressure.

I am both proud and grateful to continue having Admin By Request behind me and look forward to building further on the strong foundation we have already created together,” says Nico Hülkenberg.

The 2025 partnership between Nico Hülkenberg and Admin By Request delivered several highlights, not least the German’s impressive podium finish at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in June – the first podium for the Sauber team in more than a decade.

Back in 2023, Audi Group announced its acquisition of a stake in Sauber, and from 2026 the team will compete as Audi Revolut F1 Team with Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto as the factory team’s two drivers.

At the same time, the 2026 season will introduce the biggest change to Formula 1 regulations since 2014. Among other things, half of a Formula 1 car’s power will now come from electricity, meaning entirely new engines for all teams.

Formula 1 meets cybersecurity

“As software developers, we are passionate about innovation, and therefore we are excited to be part of the technological development that characterizes Formula 1 – something we will especially feel in the 2026 season.

With new cars and new engines, all teams and engine manufacturers have laid their cards on the table, and we look forward to seeing what Nico and the rest of the Audi team can achieve,” adds Lars Sneftrup Pedersen.

As part of the renewed collaboration between Nico Hülkenberg and Admin By Request, the company’s logo will once again be visible on the German Formula 1 driver’s helmet and race suit throughout the season. However, the partnership extends beyond the track:

Motorsport fans can follow Nico Hülkenberg’s Formula 1 season via Admin By Request’s platforms on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, where content, images, and race updates will be shared.

The 2026 Formula 1 World Championship will consist of 24 races and will kick off with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on March 8. The final race will take place in Abu Dhabi on December 6.
