Rosé ad libitum on the terrace: Local café is hosting a Rosé Festival today

If we had to point to one drink that really sums up summer it has to be a chilled glass of rosé.

Now imagine adding the word “festival” to that equation. 

The café Aktuel on Budolfi Plads is ready with a new concept in the shape of a Rosé Festival.  The summer special includes all you can drink over a three-hour café visit for only 325 kroner per person. 

The first festival is being held today, June 10. But don’t worry, there will be more dates throughout the summer.

“The concept is simple. Relax and enjoy our cozy atmosphere and assortment of rosé from 17:00 – 20:00.

We aim to provide ‘hygge,’ a pleasant place, and cool tones by one of our DJs. The tunes will play so long as there is a demand for it,” Lars Helmuth, owner of Aktuel, explains.

Cocktail bar and delicacies on the menu

The evening does not stop with rosé ad libitum for three hours. You can look forward to delicious cocktails too.  

“At  20:00, we open the cocktail bar, and the bar will stay open until the last guests are ready to go home”, Lars promises.

“We are hoping for fantastic weather and a wonderful time with our guests, and a chance to enjoy our beautiful terrace festival right in the heart of Aalborg,” Lars says.
