Unique collaboration: Come to an exclusive Rosé Dinner at restaurant Fusion

Are you ready for an evening where gastronomy, wine, and knowledge come together in perfect harmony?

Then mark your calendar for Friday, June 6th.

On this night, Restaurant Fusion and Vinslottet invite you once again to an exclusive and flavorful Rosé Dinner with rosé in the spotlight.

A truly special experience awaits


This evening will be something quite unique.

Restaurant Fusion will be visited by guest sommelier David Andreasen from Vinslottet, who will guide guests through a sensory and educational wine journey featuring rosé wines from all over Europe.

The evening begins with a refreshing welcome champagne – Rosé NV Romantique Edition from Alain Bedel in Champagne – and continues with a four-course dinner. Each of the first three courses will be paired with two different rosé wines, giving guests the opportunity to taste and compare nuances and expressions.

The dinner concludes with an elegant rosé port wine for dessert.

During the meal, David Andreasen will share his knowledge and passion, offering a fascinating insight into the world of rosé wine – from vinification and terroir to the unique styles of individual producers.

The atmosphere will be informal and cozy, and for those who fall in love with the evening’s wines, there will be an opportunity to order them to take home at attractive wholesale prices.

1st Course:
Smoked scallop – dill cream – rehydrated tomatoes – cultured cream – dill oil
Wine pairing:
Sancerre Rosé 2023, Domaine Roger Champault
Château Roubine Premium 2024, Cru Classé, Côtes de Provence

2nd Course:
Steamed North Sea fish – cauliflower variations – mussel sauce
With sourdough bread and homemade churned butter
Wine pairing:
Cerasuolo Rosé 2023, Abruzzo, Italy
Garnatxa Rosé, Herencia Altés, Terra Alta, Spain

3rd Course:
Guinea fowl with tarragon soufflé – carrots – parsley root chips – wild garlic snow – chicken glace – fried potatoes
Wine pairing:
Tavel Rosé 2023, Domaine Tardieu Laurent
Bandol Rosé 2023, Domaine des Trois Filles, Bandol

Dessert:
Strawberry – licorice ice cream – tarragon – meringue
Wine: Rosé Port, Quinta de la Rosa, Douro, Portugal
