New fitness run: Now you can run a half marathon at Aalborg Storcenter

Most of us have experienced it—taking a few too many steps hunting for great deals at Aalborg Storcenter.

But on June 10th, it won’t be your credit card breaking a sweat—it’ll be you and your running shoes.

For the first time ever, Aalborg Storcenter will be transformed into a “running track” when Løb for Alle takes over the floors.

Together with BridgeRunner, Aalborg Storcenter invites you to a special evening where you can run through the center—both indoors and outdoors—after closing hours.

There will be lights, music, warm-ups, cheering, and high-fives along the way—and distances for kids, beginners, and the more ambitious.

The race features a family route, 5 km, 10 km, and a half marathon for the bravest.

The event celebrates community, movement, and the joy of being active—whether you can run a half marathon in your sleep or mainly come for the energy, atmosphere, and that Løb for Alle medal.

The center will be set up with stations, music, and a festive vibe, plus snacks and refreshments waiting for you after the run.
