Akami tuna with ponzu, kimchee, sesame, trout roe, and shiso.

Nigiri selection from Vinhs Omakase: Salmon, yellowtail, sweet prawns, and scallops.

3 types of maki: Spicy yellowtail, softshell crab, and wagyu with truffle.

Baked Faroese salmon marinated in sake-miso with grilled asparagus.

Grilled quail with baked cherry tomatoes and asparagus broccoli.

Dessert: Strawberries, licorice, and tarragon.

“We are capturing the London vibe by serving sushi, warm meals and cocktails in a vibrant atmosphere with energizing beats,” the owner of Restaurant Fusion, Vinh Quoc Du, explains.

MiyAalborg stopped by to try the concept, and although the volume was turned up, it was not noisy.

The elegant premises perfectly balance class and loud music, the inner rhythm and vibes of happy guests in the background combined with vibrant and eye-candy cocktails—a truly extraordinary lounge atmosphere at  Aalborg’s breathtaking waterfront.
