Summer lunch at Pincho Nation: Restaurant extends opening hours

On the corner of Jomfru Ane Gade and Ved Stranden, you will find the popular Pincho Nation.
The restaurant is known as a family-friendly, festive, and colourful tapas venue, offering a menu inspired by flavours from around the world, along with an extensive selection of vibrant cocktails and mocktails.
Now, the restaurant is ready with several exciting new developments that are sure to be a hit this summer.
Lunch service all week
For the first time, Pincho Nation will be serving lunch throughout the entire week. The restaurant has always been open seven days a week, but until now, lunch has only been available on weekends.
The new opening hours will take effect on Monday, 29 June, with lunch service available throughout the summer season.
“We are looking forward to welcoming guests for lunch as well. It is something our customers have frequently asked about.
Since we welcome many visitors during holiday periods—and especially throughout the summer—it feels natural for us to extend our opening hours at this time. We hope our guests will embrace this new initiative,” says Jacob Sjørn Bøgeskov Olsen, Area Manager for Pincho Nation Denmark.
In Aalborg, outdoor seating is also available throughout the summer season.
New additions to the summer menu
When visiting Pincho Nation, guests manage their entire dining experience through the Pincho app.
The app is used for table reservations, ordering food and drinks, and making payments—offering a simple and flexible experience. Tapas dishes are priced between DKK 25 and DKK 59.
This summer, Pincho Nation has added six new dishes to the menu:
• Kebab Pizza
• Falafel Taco
• Pork Taco
• Mediterranean Scampi
• Cheezy Garlic Bread
• Pavlova Cake
In addition, guests can try three new beverages—two alcoholic options and one alcohol-free alternative.
The latter is the vibrant Dragon Fruit Mocktail, while a glass of Rosé Sangria both looks and tastes like summer. And for those who prefer their dessert in cocktail form, the Tiramisu Espresso Martini comes highly recommended.
About Pincho Nation
- Pincho Nation originated in Sweden, where the first restaurant opened in 2012.
- The first Danish location opened in Copenhagen in 2018. Today, the chain operates two restaurants in Copenhagen, located on Fiolstræde and Axeltorv, as well as locations in Esbjerg, Herning, Hillerød, Odense, Randers, Roskilde, Vejle, Aalborg, and Aarhus.
