Sweet news: A new pancake house opens in the city center
If you love sweet treats, we’ve got some very good news.
In Bollywood’s former location on Reberbansgade, a brand-new pancake house opens today at 3:00 PM – serving pancakes, bubble waffles, milkshakes, and frozen bananas.
The name is simply Pancave, and behind the new spot is couple Christian Nørremark and Louise Tybo.
Christian has many years of experience in the restaurant industry in the Copenhagen area but now lives on Falster, where he runs a property company.
Louise lives in Støvring and will be running the daily operations at the new dessert spot in Reberbansgade.
“But now I have two good reasons to head to North Jutland,” Christian laughs when MigogAalborg visits the place.
And why a pancake house in the middle of Aalborg?
“Well, there’s no pancake house here anymore – and that’s a shame,” Louise says.

What’s on the menu
As mentioned, Pancave offers pancakes, bubble waffles, milkshakes, and frozen bananas.
If you’re in the mood for pancakes, you can choose either one large pancake – or 10 mini pancakes.

You’ll find a variety of flavors, such as Dubai Dream with strawberries, Dubai chocolate, white chocolate, pistachio cream, and pistachio nuts, or Daimster with banana, Daim crunch, and caramel sauce.
If bubble waffles are more your style, you can get a version with Dubai chocolate – or try Mr. Oreo with vanilla ice cream, Oreo crunch, and Nutella, or Bubble Trouble with bubblegum ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles, and bubblegum sauce.
Trying to keep it lighter? The menu also features a so-called Frozen Banana – simply a frozen banana dipped in chocolate and topped with your choice of sprinkles.

You can also enjoy irresistible milkshakes, with options like pistachio, Nutella, or Oreo.
Opening hours Monday – Saturday: 15:00–21:00 Sunday: Closed
You’ll find Pancave at Reberbansgade 2A.
