Watch for free: Musikkens Hus streaming online concerts with big Danish names

We can’t be the only ones who miss going to big concerts at some of our city’s many venues.

Even though nothing beats a LIVE experience, we have a chance to enjoy that magic in our own homes every Thursday from now on.

That’s because Musikkens Hus is ready with the new concept “E-concerts”, which will be streamed for free from their Facebook-page at 19:30.

“The weekly E-concerts will alternate between a classical concert with musicians from the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra and a rhythmic concert with popular Danish artists,” they write about the concept. 

And when Musikkens Hus writes they have famous Danish artists, they mean it.

Watch Mads Langer perform for free

They’ve already published the first performer, and it’s none other than Mads Langer who will be performing a free concert for listening and viewing safely and comfortably in your own home.

Mads Langer will be playing on March 18 at 19:30, but already on Thursday, we can look forward to a concert with the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra. 

Every concert will last around 20-30 minutes.

“Each concert lasts approximately 20-30 minutes and is, as mentioned, totally free. We hope you’ll join us – and maybe help us spread the message so that more can benefit from a good dose of music,” Musikkens Hus writes of the initiative.
