Wild stunts: Huge wrestling show returns to the waterfront

“It was a huge success last year, but maybe we can top it with our new and even crazier show this year?”

So says organizer Kim Tinning, spokesperson for Dansk Pro Wrestling.

The spectacular live wrestling show “KLASK PÅ KAJEN,” which was held for the first time last year, is now returning to the activity area on the waterfront — this time on August 1.

“We are super proud to present yet another fantastic free show at the harbor in Aalborg.

We can promise it’s going to be another blast,” says Kim Tinning.

The wild wrestlers will be jumping off the top rope from 6:30 PM, and the show will last about 45 minutes.

But already from 6:00 PM, the event opens with a mini concert by one of Denmark’s coolest wrestlers and rappers, Michael Fynne, who will perform a few songs live from the ring.

There will also be a couple of fun competitions with great prizes as a warm-up to the show.

For example, you can win a gift card from Guf & Kugler — the very popular ice cream stand in Aalborg.

“It’s going to be an awesome evening with lots of fun and entertainment for both kids and adults, with a show the audience won’t soon forget,” they say.

Spectacular stunts

The show will feature fearless wrestlers, wild and spectacular stunts, and lots of fun and antics.

At Dansk Pro Wrestling, they naturally believe wrestling should be experienced live and that the audience is a key ingredient. They therefore encourage spectators to shout, cheer, and immerse themselves in the crazy characters and insane fights happening in the ring.

“Wrestling is stunts, drama, humor, and audience interaction like nothing else. We’re so ready to go all out at Aalborg Harbor,” says Kim Tinning.

“It’ll be a show full of fisherman’s slaps, gimmicks, antics, silliness, and pranks. Don’t miss out on an awesome experience like nothing you’ve seen before,” adds Kim Tinning, who emphasizes that it is a professionally choreographed show.

He also warns against trying the same moves at home, as the performers have put in hundreds of hours of practice beforehand.

“I strongly urge people not to try any of the slams or throws we show in the event, as it can be life-threatening if you’re not trained,” concludes Kim Tinning.
