Snow, concerts and Christmas crafting: Experience the magical Winter Wonderland in Nordkraft

Whether we get a white Christmas or not this year, there is one place where snow is always guaranteed.

In the Kedelhallen at Nordkraft, they once again invite everyone to a magical December with a series of free events for the whole family, offering everything from musical experiences to communal singing, Christmas crafts and a film quiz.

This is announced in a press release.

Already from 1 December, visitors can experience a wintry Nordkraft when snow falls in the Kedelhallen, transforming the large hall into a winter landscape throughout the month.

Music throughout the building

During December, you can experience several different concerts:

01.12: The Rhythmic – Saxophone students with Caroline Zalcmann from 16.30–17.00 at Turbinetorvet, as well as Aalborg Concert Choir’s Christmas Concert at 19.30 in the Kedelhallen.

02.12 at 18.00: Aalborg School of Culture – concert with Classical MGK and Talent Class in the Kedelhallen.

04.12 from 15.00–15.30: Waves Up North borrow the Kedelhallen and hold a short after-work concert.

05.12 at 09.15: The Rhythmic holds its usual communal singing at Turbinetorvet.

Christmas crafts for the whole family

On 6 December from 13.00–15.00, Biffen invites everyone to a Christmas crafting day for the whole family in the Kedelhallen.

Here you can cut out Christmas decorations from old movie posters while children’s Christmas films are shown on the big screen.

On 15 December from 19.00, Biffen’s popular film quiz moves into the Kedelhallen, where guests can compete in everything from iconic quotes to surprising film facts, this time in a Christmas edition – completely free and without registration.

There will be a chance to win prizes from Azzurra, Borgergade 2 and of course Biffen itself.
